By buying or using a Fluent skill, you agree to these terms. Written in plain English to be readable.

Who we are

Fluent is a trading name of Intelligent Impact Group Ltd, registered in England & Wales. Contact: hello@fluent.md.

What you're buying

A Fluent bundle is a digital product. A folder of Markdown files, a zipped Claude Skill, and an ebook PDF. It's designed to be installed into an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or compatible) to give that assistant specialist knowledge on a specific topic, and to be read by you alongside.

What you're not buying:

Licence. What you can do with the files.

When you buy a Fluent skill, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

You may not:

For team-scale use (10+ seats) or commercial repackaging, email hello@fluent.md and we'll sort licensing.

Delivery

Skills are delivered by email within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. If you haven't received it within 5 minutes, check spam, then email us. If you can't find your delivery email, email us with the order reference from Stripe and we'll resend.

Refunds

We refund any skill within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See refunds for the full policy.

What the AI says, and what it doesn't.

Fluent skills make an AI assistant more useful for specific tasks. They do not turn it into a regulated professional adviser.

Specifically:

The AI itself

You also agree to the terms of the AI platform you install the skill into (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Those are not our terms; they're theirs. Familiarise yourself.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a Fluent skill is the price you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for things UK law doesn't permit excluding (such as fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

Changes to skills over time

We may update or improve skills after purchase. If we materially change a skill in a way that affects how it works, we'll let buyers know. We do not guarantee backwards compatibility with specific AI platform versions over the long term.

Termination

If you breach these terms (resell the file, strip attribution, etc.), we may revoke your licence. In practice we'd email you first and ask you to stop. We try to handle these as conversations, not lawsuits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
